This project, though not fully realized, represents a full circle moment for me. I attended the LDT program about a decade after finishing my undergraduate degree and therefore did not have any recent writing samples to submit for the program. As a result, I wrote up a report about my most innovating practice as a teacher that year-- ungrading one of my courses. In my final course at Georgetown, University as a Design Problem, I've examined grading as a systemic practice. Attached here are my prospectus for that project (which will be replaced by the final upon completion) and my original writing sample for Georgetown.
